The three-building, 539,000 square-foot former Associates Corp. office complex at 250 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Las Colinas will be redevloped into VHA Inc.'s national headquarters, according to the Dallas Morning News.

As citybiz real estate was the first to report, Behringer Harvard Short-Term Opportunity Fund I LP put the 15.3 acre property under contract earlier this month to be sold to Fairways JC Central, LLC for $22.8 million.

The Class B asset was developed in 1976, according to LoopNet, which is the source for the photo found on this page.

In its first quarter overview dated June 14, 2012, Behringer Harvard Short-Term Opportunity Fund I LP said it planned to use the net proceeds from this sale to pay down debt in the Fund.
