Three Companies Sign New Leases at Hall Office Park
Three companies have signed new leases totaling 17,145 square feet at the Hall Office Park development in Frisco, TX.
Bismarck Real Estate Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate company within Guggenheim Partners Company, has expanded and signed a new lease for 7,149 square feet at 3000 Internet Boulevard in Hall Office Park.
MaxSys Solutions, LLC, an IT staffing agency, has expanded and signed a new lease for 5,726 square feet at 2595 Dallas Parkway in Hall Office Park. Steve Wentz of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease on behalf of MaxSys Solutions.
Southwestern Investment Group, an independent firm whose advisors offer securities and retirement planning through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC, has expanded and signed a new lease for 4,270 square feet at 2601 Network Boulevard in Hall Office Park. Nora Hogan of Transwestern negotiated the lease on behalf of Southwestern Investment Group.
Kim Butler, director of leasing; Tammy Nellis, leasing associate; and Brad Gibson, marketing associate, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group, in the above transactions.
Hall Office Park is Hall Financial Group’s 162-acre development in Frisco, Texas containing 2 million square feet of office space in 15 completed buildings. Three additional buildings are planned.
