Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods has leased a 31,502 square foot warehouse building for its regional distribution in Dallas, TX.

Spec's was represented by Jody Detmore, its Real Estate Manager and Broker with SFP Brokerage, LLC. Chris Teesdale, SIOR; Tom Pearson, SIOR; Matt Thompson and Phil Rosenfeld of Colliers International represented the landlord.

The free standing building on Olympic Drive is within the I-35/NW Highway Submarket.

“After opening our 45,000 square foot Dallas superstore at Central and Walnut Hill, we immediately realized our need for a distribution warehouse for our wholesale business and office headquarters for the North Texas region,” said Detmore. “Following our initial Dallas location, we’ve opened at Preston and Royal, in Plano and Hebron, and we have a new store opening in Lowry Crossing in a matter of weeks."

Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods has more than 140 store locations totaling over 1.8 million square feet and is the largest liquor chain in Texas.
