Sara Lee Diversified, LLC has sold its 375,000 square foot bakery facility at 2020 19th St NW in Paris, TX to NWC-Paris, LLC for an undisclosed amount.

Bob Chodos, SIOR in Chicago, Chris Cummings in Atlanta & Allen Gump, SIOR, CCIM in Dallas, all with Colliers International, represented the owner in this transaction. There was no representation for the buyer.

The recently idled frozen and fresh bakery had six complete production lines ready for immediate use, according to LoopNet, which is the source for the photo found on this page. The property was built in 1974 and renovated in 2004.
