A private investor has acquired the Cedar Ridge Office Park, a two-building, 129,333-square-foot office complex in Southlake, TX.

Cedar Ridge is a Class A office park comprised of two buildings, built on seven acres in 2005 and 2007. Cedar Ridge is positioned along State Highway 114 and was 100 percent leased at the time of sale.
Cedar Ridge tenants include American Specialty Health, Keller Williams and Regus.
Cedar Ridge Office Park is also located within one mile of Southlake Town Square, a landmark mixed-use development that is considered the “downtown” of Southlake.
