A private investor has acquired the 44-unit Oaks at Old Towne in Arlington, Texas, from a Los Angeles-based limited liability company.

Boyan Radic and Mason Green, investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in Fort Worth, represented the seller. The brokers along with Doug Banerjee handled talks for the buy side.

The investor, hailing from Southlake, topped seven other would-be buyers for bragging rights to the property in an all-cash close. The 95 percent-leased complex, located at 507 N. Oak St., features 38 one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom townhouses.
