Pennsylvania-based KTR Coppell LLC is sending a top-ranked CBRE sales team into the market to court buyers for a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial portfolio with seven buildings in the DFW Airport submarket, a favored investment ground by the institutional crowd.

Landing the assignment for Freeport Crossing is a team led by Jack Fraker and Josh McArtor. The CBRE team also includes Jonathan Bryan, Heather McClain Venegoni and Steve Trese.
The portfolio is 93 percent occupied by nine national and regional tenants, who have an average remaining lease term of 6.4 years. The buildings are situated north of Interstate 635 and Texas 121 within the boundary line of Coppell.

The DFW Airport submarket, with roughly 64 million square feet, is one of the fastest growing industrial submarkets in the metroplex. Among its perks are Triple Freeport and Foreign Trade Zone exemptions.
