Ferguson Fire & Fabrication has roped off 13,440 square feet of industrial space in northeast Dallas.

Gary Lindsey  of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the new tenant for the 144,480-sf warehouse at 10990 Petal St. Ken Wesson and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates represented the North Texas-based landlord, Cobalt Industrial REIT.
