CityDoc has leased 5,064 square feet of retail space for its third urgent-care facility in Greater Dallas.

Rebecca Harrell of Henry S. Miller Brokerage LLC represented the tenant in its site search and negotiations for the lease in Preston Royal shopping center, located at 10759 Preston Rd. CityDoc also has facilities at Uptown Square and Inwood Village. Lou Miranda and Rob Solls of United Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

According to Harrell, CityDoc had competed against several other urgent care providers for the Preston Royal space, including a major Dallas hospital. The urgent-care center will open in late fall. 

A fourth center is planned for Mansfield, with more facilities coming on line in key D/FW areas in the future.
