CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) has listed for sale the 139,400-square-foot former hospital and five medical office buildings on 11 acres located at 3500 Interstate-30 in Mesquite, TX.

The hospital building sits vacant on six acres and has commercial zoning for a variety of uses, including medical, but excludes critical care. Built in 1977, the facility was remodeled with additions in 1987, 1994 and 2005.

The five adjacent medical office buildings total 56,834 square feet of space and range from one or two story freestanding buildings and can be sold or leased separately or together.
