Carter Validus Agrees to Buy Plano, TX Call Center Building for $20M
Carter Validus has entered into a contract to buy 1221 Coit Road, a call center facility near the intersection of Plano Parkway and President George Bush Turnpike in Plano, TX for $20 milllion.
The two-story office building contains 125,030 rentable square feet on 7.3 acres of land. Carter Validus has made an earnest money deposit of $0.5 million, which is refundable until July 25, 2012.
Behringer Harvard 1221 Coit LP, a 90 percent owned subsidiary of Behringer Harvard Short-Term Opportunity Fund I LP, is the seller.
The consummation of the sale is subject to "substantial conditions," according to a filing with the SEC.
