Feltenstein resigned as a member of its Board of Directors effective November 28, 2017. Mr. Feltenstein began his Wingstop Board service in 2010, prior to the Company’s initial public offering. Mr. Feltenstein was a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.
