CBRE today announced that Sean Goff has been appointed the leader of the Americas Local Project Management business. Mr. Goff most recently led this business in the Texas and Oklahoma Division and Latin America.

During his 16 years with CBRE, Mr. Goff has grown his role from directly overseeing individual projects to local management to regional and now national leadership. His general contracting and project management experience includes shell and interior office construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, retail, hotels and churches. Mr. Goff is a graduate of Oakland City University. He will remain based in Dallas.
