Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, a Dallas-based commercial real estate development and investment management company, is pleased to announce that Chris Burgy has joined the company as Director – Capital Projects. In this role, Burgy will provide leadership and strategic direction for activities related to capital renovation projects at Westmount’s properties.

Prior to joining Westmount, Burgy was vice president at J4 Development, LP where he directed new business development, sales, client relations and project management. Previously, Burgy was president of Cross Timber Development Corporation, where he managed all aspects of company operations including finance, acquisitions, sales and project management.
Before joining Cross Timber Development, Burgy was an account manager at Texas Woodsmith, where he sold, designed and coordinated the production of custom cabinetry and millwork for single family, multifamily and commercial projects. He began his career as a construction manager for the single family residential construction contractor, REIG Inc.
Burgy holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
