International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP today announced that Andrew Stotts has joined its Dallas office as an associate. Stotts is a member of the Firm’s highly regarded Corporate Department.
Prior to joining Weil, Stotts was an associate in the Private Equity Practice Group at a large national law firm where he regularly represented private equity clients in transactions including mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine debt financings and senior debt financings.
Stotts earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, and previously completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, summa cum laude, at Texas A&M University.
