Trent Appleby has joined Underwood Law Firm, P.C. as an Associate.
Appleby, a former Texas Christian University relief pitcher and holder of the school’s career record for mound appearances, is a 2016 graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He graduated in 2011 from TCU with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice.
Previously, Appleby was with Anderson & Riddle, L.L.P., where he was responsible for transactional and litigation matters in the areas of civil litigation, aviation litigation, estate planning, insurance coverage and defense, real property, corporate transactions and employment disputes.
He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association-Real Estate Section and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
Appleby had 96 relief appearances for TCU baseball from 2008-2011. He average more than seven outs per appearance. He was a 2008 Freshman All-American and was on the 2010 team that became the first of TCU’s four College World Series appearances.
