No Tie is two parties in one – a dinner and dessert – and it is not too late to become a No Tie Dinner Host! Create a dinner social for friends and family – from formal dinners for eight people to backyard barbecues for 30 or more – all leading up to the main event onApril 8. Each dinner guest donates a minimum of $75 to ASD which provides a general ticket to the grand Dessert Party. The VIP ticket ($150) also includes an exclusive VIP lounge experience with a designated dessert buffet, full bar service, concierge services, special guest entertainment and VIP-only auction items.

Themed “An Artful Life,” inspired by the 1960’s pop art movement popularized by artists like Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein, the party of the year welcomes costumes and creativity. Entertainment showcases artist Clay Austin’s live body paintings, tunes by DJ Mr. Rid, and an explosive performance by the talented Hedda Layne.
Over-the-top, one-of-a-kind experiences will be available in the live auction, such as theTuscany Culinary Experience which includes a five night luxury stay with daily breakfast, cooking class, dinner, and massage treatments, and the Bruno Mars Experience featuring tickets to Bruno Mars 24k Magic World Tour in New York City including a two-night hotel stay and airfare. In keeping with the theme “An Artful Life,” the silent auction will feature many works of art including original pieces from talented artists like Jay Maggio, Thomas Fallon and Robbie Conover as well as must-have items like tickets to sporting events, furniture, and gift cards to fabulous restaurants.
Tons of desserts from over 20 of Dallas’s finest eateries will create a sugar sensation of sweetness, from pies and cupcakes to cookies and cake. A myriad of bars will feature beer and wine sponsored by Ben E. Keith, as well as, William Grant & Sons, a family-owned distillery with an award-winning portfolio of spirits including Reyka Icelandic Vodka, Tullamore D.E.W., and Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum. This year’s official signature cocktail is the “The Warhol” made with Reyka Vodka, club soda and angostura bitters.
