Pearlmark Real Estate Partners LLC, Easton Group, Cobb and Perez have put their Galleria landmark 1800 West Loop South on the market, hiring a CBRE investment sales team to make the pitch.
The CBRE team consists of vice chairman Russell Ingrum, vice president Jared Chua and senior vice president Bernard Branca, all in Houston, and their Dallas counterparts, vice chairman Gary Carr and senior vice president John Alvarado.
The 400,101-square-foot, 21-story tower stands at the corner of Interstate 610 and San Felipe Street. The class A property includes a 12-story parking garage. In recent years, the owner has completed nearly $3.7 million of upgrades.
The Galleria submarket's class A properties are 92.2 percent leased. Its quoted rents run 3 percent higher than the average in the Houston market.
