Hickman Cos. has sold the 65,231-square-foot Sherwood Village in Odessa to a 1031 exchange buyer from California.

Vincent Knipp, investment specialist with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, represented the Fort Worth-based seller. The property, located at 625 E. 42nd St., was fully leased at the close of escrow. The national and local line-up of tenants includes O’Reilly Auto Parts, Family Dollar, Goodwill Industries, State Farm Insurance and Jackson Hewitt.
