S.C.A., an entity formed by affiliates of TPG, the global private investment firm, acquired 5.5 million shares of GlobeOp Financial Services S.A. on February 3, 2012, at 435 pence per share, which is approximately 5.2% of the current issued share capital of GlobeOp.
