AUSTIN -- Vertive has acquired and launched CouponCodes.com, a website that provides consumers a way to find coupon codes and online coupons. Vertive is a publisher of coupon and deal websites such as Offers.com.
The Austin-based company received development capital from Susquehanna Growth Equity last year.
