Fort Worth, Texas - Jayson Williams has been promoted to Vice President of Real Estate Services at Innovative Developers, Inc. (IDI), President and CEO Glen W. Hahn announced.

Williams will be responsible for leasing and transactions, and property management, and will assist in bring development projects to fruition.

"During his four years with IDI, Jayson has uncovered impressive opportunities in a challenging economic environment for us to create value in real estate for owners, investors and transaction-oriented clients," Hahn said. "His brokerage background and extensive network of real estate and industry contacts has made him a key member of the IDI business development strategy."

Williams is a licensed broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission, and has begun work toward his CCIM designation. He is a third-generation Fort Worth native and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

He is a member of McKinney Memorial Bible Church, the Leading Edge Class of 2011 through Leadership Fort Worth, Fort Worth South, Inc., Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Vision Fort Worth, Ridglea Country Club, and Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail. He serves on various boards and committees, including the Golf and Grounds Committee and Ambassador committees at Ridglea, a Board Shadow for Junior Achievement, and the Development Committee for Fort Worth South, Inc.
