DALLAS - Attorney Beverly Cahill Rice has joined the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring practice of Curran Tomko Tarski LLP as a Partner in the firm. Her practice encompasses representation of both debtors and creditors in all aspects of corporate and consumer bankruptcy law and in bankruptcy related litigation, including actions involving fraudulent transfers, preferences, dischargeability issues, state law claims and bankruptcy appeals.

Prior to joining Curran Tomko Tarski LLP, Beverly was the head of the bankruptcy practice at a Dallas law firm. Beverly handled bankruptcy and collection litigation for clients in the real estate, consumer finance, aircraft finance and equipment finance industries. Beverly also handled a wide range of defense actions involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Texas Debt Collection Practices Act, and violations of the Texas Finance Code.

An outstanding leader in the community, Beverly is part of the 2011 T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute Class, is active with The Family Place Partners, Community Partners of Dallas Auxiliary and The Junior League of Dallas. She is a member of Genesis Women's Shelter Shareholders and the a past Board member of the Park Cities Republican Women's Club and the Wilkinson Center Auxiliary.
